Shipping policy

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

- Orders are sent from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, to the address indicated by the customer via CTT Registered Mail.

- For all deliveries, the signature of the person receiving the parcel may be required. This process has been put in place to ensure that the customer actually receives the item(s) ordered.

- The usual delivery time is 5 to 8 working days for mainland Portugal, 5 to 8 days for Europe and up to 15 days for the Rest of the World, after the order is processed.



ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The order process starts as soon as the online purchase is completed. The order will start to be processed as soon as the items are in stock, the payment is approved and the delivery address is verified.

Upon dispatch of the order the customer will receive an e-mail notification with this information.

SHIPPING COSTS

The prices on this website include VAT but do not include postage, which will be added to the total amount due as follows:

- Portugal: €5.50;

- Europe and Rest of the World: €11.50
