Refund policy
We only accept returns within fourteen days via CTT mail.
Exchanges may be made up to fifteen days after receipt of the item, provided that the products have not been used and are returned with the original labels intact, in one of our establishments.
The customer must request the return of the order by e-mail to geral@teresinhacarteiras.pt
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within a maximum of five working days.
The shipping cost for the exchange is borne by the customer.
